At YogaTManuela, we work on integrating the pelvic floor into the daily lives of our students, both during their reproductive years and in menopause, through specific exercises and by addressing individual biomechanical misalignments. Strengthening or relaxing the pelvic floor and learning to prevent injuries will be a fundamental objective.
Through the combination of deep relaxation techniques, the Hypnobirth method (www.partopositivo.org), and therapeutic exercise, and in order to promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of expectant mothers, we provide them with tools that bring tranquility, positivity, and confidence in their pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum periods.
